It consolidates over 70 years of experience in the Oil & Gas Industry, providing a complete range of QA/QC and Surveillance Services (Source Inspection, Pipe Mill Surveillance, Expediting, Technical Assistance and Consultancy, Vendors’ Audits, Site Supervision, Welding and Coating Specialists, Certification, Training, etc…) LOCATION START DATE SALARY DURATION Argentina January 2017 To be negotiated 3 years DETAIL OF SERVICE Pre-qualification: Working in collaboration with the technical staff to prepare and issue proper documentation and generate lists of bidders for bidding processes. Preparation of ITT: Collect necessary documentation for the ITT (document instruction to the bidder), with commercial / contractual information of the personnel involved. Analysis of Bids: Collect and analyze the documentation required to award contracts objectively and negotiate with the representatives of the nominees Contractors. Contract Administration: Suministar continuous support to technical staff involved in contract administration. Documentation: Establish systems and contracts needed to meet the requirements procedimients project and company management. Communication: Assist the Contract Manager by appropriate and accurate communication, discussing important issues with personal legal / insurance / finance (internal and external link) for project implementation Comply with procedures, standards and project specifications. QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Education: Degree / Advanced Skills analysis, consultation and negotiation Experience: 20 years in contract management / support attempts Spanish mandatory Fluent English Experience in the detailed preparation of major contracts IPC, related with onshore and offshore projects, with specific experience and knowledge in the preparation of bid packages
