Role: Travel Management Coordinator Company: Bolashak-Atyrau Experience: Higher education Work experience in travel/transport Job Requirements: Provision of ground transportation in Atyrau and Almaty night time Coordinating Company drivers; Coordinating logistics of all overseas project team members, sponsors, VIP and other visitors; Coordinating with Agencies on transportation issues; Communication on any changes in transportation arrangements, etc.; Assist in coordination of transportation activities between Atyrau, Tengiz, FB and Almaty. Coordinating travel arrangements, hotel booking, including iLogistics accommodation requests in Atyrau, visit and meeting agendas; Coordination of travel activities between Atyrau, Aktau, Tengiz, FB, Prorva and Almaty; Company visitors cell phone distribution and tracking; Updating all the rosters and reports concerning Project transportation, travel and accommodation (ground, domestic, international); Preparation of a consolidated list of Atyrau arrivals and ensure that the Meet and greet Officer has been correctly briefed regarding flight times and arriving passengers; Upon the Meet and Greet Officer returning from the airport record the details of all received Security and Safety notices into the Travel Management database. Where persons have not signed, or refused to do so the Project Admin Services Manager should be notified; Act as the dedicated point of contact for the ISOS team in the event of them receiving an emergency call from a Kazakhstan based traveler; Act as the dedicated checkin point of contact for all business travel where the requirement to telephone somebody in Kazakhstan to confirm safety and welfare; The role is to monitor all nonroutine journeys originating from Kazakhstan and for providing the travelers with updated information regarding flights, security situation etc. Work with multiple Project disciplines to ensure the safety and security of travelers including CEPS, HES and Security.
