CONTROL & SYSTEM FAT ENGINEER Location: Amersfoort, Netherlands Status: Rotation (12 weeks on, 2 weeks off) Duration: 5 months Starting Date: January 2017 Languages: English Job Dimension Assists the FAT Engineering Manager to deal with Vendor and Partner. Assists Engineering Detail design team on request. Issues FAT Punchs. Provides responses / Resolutions to Vendor queries. Providing assistance to Detail design team by maintaining FAT master file with mark-up on control narratives, C&E charts, Safety bars… Participation to Engineering detail design phase, FAT and commissioning. Interpretation of drawings and/or Vendor Functional Design Specifications. Participates in Technical Interfaces and meetings. Keep up to date Master Engineering deliverables like control narratives, C&E charts, (Hand / Electronic mark-up) in view of issuance to site. Respect of FAT scheduled tasks. Verification and tests of implementation of modifications (Instrument Modification Records) at FAT stage. Realize tests in line with FAT procedures and scheduled planning. Participates and manage part of FAT for DCS / HMI or DCS / SIS or Fire & Gas System tests. Qualifications Required REQUIRED COMPETENCIES: Well-developed communication, co-ordination and interface with Vendor Team Well-developed technical knowledge and understanding of Engineering and detail design execution methodology Experienced with Control & Safety Systems software tests (DCS, SIS, ESD, FGS,HMI) Experienced with managing FAT Test and Punch report Familiar within Design of Integrated Control and Safety Systems (Yokogawa) Ability to manage Vendor team Work with pack office EXPERIENCE: A minimum of 5 years experiences in the position of Control & Safety System Engineer.
