Engineering Authorised Person - Healthcare Central London £44,000 - £48,000 + Package My client is a leading provider of Hard and Soft FM services encompassing Engineering, Cleaning, Catering Front of House and Security to the UK market. They are responsible for delivering these services to a wide range of clients including Defence, Central Government, Local Government, Retail and Health. They are currently looking to recruit an Authorised Person for one of their PFI Healthcare contracts based in Central London. The role will be to provide technical advice and strategic direction to the site based authorised persons. The successful manager will implement new processes, ensure the management of the HTMs are followed, carry out audits and ensure consistency throughout all the associated sites. Implement improvement plans and ensure all actions from the Authorised Engineers annual audits are completed and signed off in a timely manner. The successful candidates will need to have good knowledge of multiple HTMs and have past experience of fulfilling a role of authorised persons as defined under the HTMs. They should also have good technical knowledge of building services and have a minimum of extensive experience in the health industry.
