Dear Job Seekers, Bolashak-Atyrau is announcing a vacancy of Assurance, Interface, and Risk Coordinator, Atyrau 5/2. (The position is for Kazakhstani citizens). Minimum Qualifications, Experience & Certification Requirements: Demonstrated experience (on a Oil&Gas major project) of both Interface & Risk Management processes and knowledge of the Project Management System, including knowledge of RIMS and Document Control systems Demonstrated ability to work effectively with diverse groups and cultures and geographically remote teams. Broad understanding of design, construction, and operation of onshore oil/gas facilities desired. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint Contractor to Contractor Interfaces: Identify Contract Scope Interface Registers for responsible areas within the delivery team and coordinate roles and responsibilities for interface management. Support Onshore Engineering team in resolving contractor to contractor interfaces. Provide status of all open and critical interface issues to management Internal Interfaces: Identify cross functional interfaces within the delivery team and coordinate resolution through effective facilitation. Identify crossdelivery team interface issues and interfaces with other delivery teams for coordinating resolutions. Maintain a log of crossfunctional and crossdelivery interface issues and work resolution through delivery manager and/or escalate through functional interface team, interface manager and Assurance, Interface and Risk Team Lead (AIR TL), as necessary. Assurance and Risk Support: Support any Assurance Activities in Scope Facilitate Quarterly Risk Workshops and help Engineering Team manage their risks and mitigation actions Facilitate Lessons Learned Workshops and help Engineering Team to progress on addressing recommendations or share with other teams/projects.
