The Role To take responsible for the monitoring of Project 3D models and interfacing directly with domestic and international C&I Modelers to ensure that F&G detectors and devices are correctly located. The work will be carried out within the Process Safety Fire & Gas Team, reporting to the Process Safety Engineering Manager. Responsibilities Ensure that the 3D models are fully prepared for key milestones such as Model Readiness, Model Reviews and the extraction of key deliverables. Address issues of quality, compliance and readiness in the models and work with New Delhi counterparts to directly address and resolve issues as they arise. Participate in F&G detector location 3D model reviews (as appropriate) Interface with other project safety team members and Control & Instrumentation team in New Delhi and Kazakhstan. Skills Required Strong, demonstrable background in fire & gas detection system design and operation, fire & gas mapping, technical safety and review of 3D computer models, etc. Ideally will possess experience of working on Projects with high H2S in the process streams. Ideally will possess experience of working on Projects with an extreme weather environment. Ideally will possess experience of working on previous Kazakhstan or Russian Projects.
