Area Planner Site-based Darwin Location Contract Role The Role Seeking an Area Planner to join a site-based team in Darwin, the role will be responsible for providing planning expertise to the U&O Team; Functional report to the onshore planning manager Preparation of required analysis reports to the package manager Assisting in the preparation of appropriate risk profiles associated with schedule analysis Review and monitor the contractor/sub-contractor schedules to identify anomalies, any logic flaws and the main risks that can be identified for the project schedule Supporting the U&O Package Leads in scheduling and progress monitoring aspect of their relevant packages Ensuring contractor and subcontractor schedules are accurate and align correctly with the overall project schedule – highlighting any potential deviations Propose and monitoring of internal KPIs to package leads and the package Manager Ensure monthly and weekly progress data from contractor is reported accurately and is concise Assist in early identification of potential problems and develop alternative solutions, providing guidance in the preparation of plans of action and assigning responsibilities to avoid adverse impact
