FPSO Completions Task Force Leader (Korea) ( Expats Only ) CONSTRUCTIONS ACTIVITIES: Review all Construction and Pre-Commissioning schedules issued by Contractor in order to identify priorities, risks, co-activities, potential clashes and schedule optimizations. Closely work with Hull Manager, in order to achieve agreed RFC roadmap plan for safe and timely transfer of Hull subsystems to Commissioning team at RFC completion level Monitoring, with Contractor personnel and Procurement department, material and equipment delivery on site, including pipe spools, valves and all items requested for completion and pre-commissioning of subsystems. Issue early warning and seek catch-up plan in case of late or missing items to minimize impact on Construction and Pre-Com schedule. Monitor punch clearing activities and advise on priorities and recommended manpower to be mobilized by Contractor for timely clearance of punches before sail-away from Geoje yard. Coordination, monitoring and reporting on daily basis of on-going Construction and Pre-Commissioning activities in Hull, liaising with all departments (including Topsides and Commissioning) and disciplines involved both in Company and Contractor’s side Review of utilities and handling means planned by Contractor until sail-away in order to ensure sufficient capacity in line with planned workload for Hull and Topsides. Attending to Construction, Pre-Commissioning and Commissioning management meetings with Company and Contractor teams, including Commissioning Sub-Contractor team. Strengthen communication exchange with SHI Production Team and seek better understanding of CTR challenges to enable faster resolution of blocking points to progress. Promote the implementation of Project HSEQ management system and rules in all Construction, Pre-Commissioning and Commissioning activities Stay vigilant and maintain continuous awareness of hazards and surroundings during Construction activities, especially hydro-tests. Participate to local programmes or initiatives to improve HSSE performances. Report to his Management on any issue he may face or observe and propose way of improvement. ACCOUNTABILITIES Coordination of construction and pre-commissioning activities in his position with full implementation of Project’s HSEQ directives. Close monitoring of construction progress, early reporting and mitigation of delays and slippage Monitor the feasibility of agreed RFC planning and help solving construction difficulties Good communication/relationship skill within his team and with CTR teams. Daily reporting related to construction quality/progress to his management level (Hull NECESSARY PROFILE Experience: Over 10 years experience in construction activities in Korea for the oil & gas industry. Familiar with ICAPS and OPERCOM methodology Familiar with TOTAL construction and QC procedures is a plus Language: Fluent English. Computer literate. Strong leadership, analytical, communication and reporting skills. Ability to work on projects in a complex and multicultural environment
