Procurement Administration Assistant Perth Based 6 Month Contract Exposure to a contracts/procurement well regarded The Role Reporting to the Contracts & Procurement Manager this role will have the following responsibilities: General administrative support to the Procurement team including word processing and reporting requirements Development and maintenance of the Procurement and Corporate Document Management Systems (including agreements and contracts) Manage and maintain the Procurement pages on the Intranet site Maintain the Content Management System (ECMS) and provide administrative support for the saving, sharing and control of documents Maintain departmental forms and templates and disseminate updates as required General administrative services for the Procurement office area, such as ordering stationery, organising meetings and coordinating travel requirements General administrative services for other departments as may be required, such as ordering stationery and organising meetings, reporting requirements and word processing Compliance with Company policies and procedures in area of responsibility; Ensure that responsible team complies with all Procurement Procedures, Guidelines and Circulars Assist in any other procurement related activities or projects to support the achievement of the Company’s objectives Preparation of necessary approval documentation for authorising by Contracts & Procurement Manager and other key users Develop and maintain Library and Precedents System including document management Consolidate existing archives Weekly C&P Highlights and communication updates; Provide administrative support to other departments as required
