Job Description Experienced in Maintenance Management.; Collaborates with team and exhibits team leadership and technical mentoring skills, able to draw on experience to address complex issues and assist with the identification of team focus areas in the arena of maintenance management; Position will involve data analysis, coordination, working with training, development and delivery persons and coordination of practice development; Responsible for the safe, reliable and environmentally sound maintenance of facilities during the construction period; Ensures the maintenance contractors pro-actively utilize a maintenance management system and processes to schedule, plan and execute activities to ensure reliable, safe, efficient and cost effective facility and equipment performances; Responsible for ensuring that all project procedures are relevant and are competently applied with by all associated personnel; Enforces a work request culture for maintenance activities to promote a planned approach to maintenance and is the site champion of the 7-day maintenance planning processes to control priority, volume and risk of all maintenance work; Regularly audits the maintenance performance of plant and equipment to ensure that these facilities are performing to design requirements; Schedules, plans, and executes maintenance shutdowns to ensure minimum impact to construction activities; Responsible for overseeing those maintenance activities that achieves and maintains world class uptime performance of all critical production process equipment and facilities; Actively facilitates the identification of appropriate maintenance and reliability opportunities to enhance equipment efficiency in consultation with the Operations Superintendent. Procedural Compliance; Responsible for ensuring that Maintenance Teams and related facilities and equipment are in compliance with all DoIR, DoCEP, ESD, DOE and CALM statutory requirements and conditions.
