MECHANICAL PRECOMMISSIONING & COMMISSIONING SUPERVISOR Location: Sembawang, Singapore Status: Rotation (4 weeks x 4 weeks) Duration: 8 months Starting Date: ASAP Languages: English mandatory Job Dimension The Service holder participates to the Precommissioning and Commissioning Execution of both FPSOs for the Mechanical Discipline. The Service holder reports to the Contractor Commissioning Manager and by delegation to the Contractor’s Mechanical Lead. The Service holder is also accountable for demonstrating an exemplary behavior with regard to H3SE rules & requirements and for implementing H3SE rules within his / her area of responsibility. Activities To be kept informed of Contractual Company Requirements and international standards related to his / her area of responsibility, taking knowledge from them to application to the Project. To follow-up the execution of Pre-commissioning and Commissioning in accordance with the principles of OPERCOM methodology. To support and participate in selected Pre-commissioning activities and to monitor that the Mechanical equipment have reached the Ready for Commissioning status with the associated punch list and certificate before proceeding with commissioning activities ; to review the precommissioning dossiers and participate to subsystem mechanical preliminary checks (PRC). To perform selected Commissioning activities and to ensure that the Mechanical equipment have reached the Achievement of Commissioning status with the associated punch list. To participate in the updates of precommissioning and commissioning reference documents, including (ICAPS) Pre-commissioning status index and the Commissioning technical database, the RFC and AOC dossiers, certification, punch list control, planning, and relevant deliverables for all mechanical equipment and activities. To promote safety within the Precommissioning and Commissioning activities and verify that safety procedures and permit to work systems are implemented with regards to Mechanical equipment and activities. To compile and report to the discipline Superintendant any technical change or modification for validation of as builds. To follow-up and mark-up the “As commissioned” drawings. To ensure that adequate preservation of Mechanical equipment is implemented as planned before, during and after the commissioning activities. To identify spares, consumables and tools required for the offshore phase. To follow up / report Mechanical commissioning activities progress and punch list clearance. To report to Contractor Commissioning Manager highlighting areas of concerns and problems encountered in performance of his duties. To ensure confidentiality of all the documentation issued under his / her area of responsibility. This Service requires a strong presence on the field. The profile for this Service should have the track record ability to execute and follow-up field mechanical precommissioning and commissioning, handle autonomously all technical aspects of mechanical precommissioning and commissioning execution, and coordinate subsystem completion including punchlists. Qualifications Required Experience : · Professional Experience (years): +/- 20 · Experience in similar position (years): +/- 10 Education: · Level / Diploma: Engineer, or equivalent. Competencies : · Gas Turbines and Compressors · Lifting Equipment · Pumps and drivers, Diesel Engines · Other Mechanical Equipment · Piping and Vessels · Knowledge of Company rules/procedures · Knowledge of Regulations, Certifications · International norms and standards · Project management (Budget/Cost/Schedule)
