Role: Planner - Ocean Transportation Company: Bolashak-Atyrau Experience: Project Logistics based experience. Strong organisational and coordination skills. Understanding and knowledge of scheduling. Experienced Excel user with capacity to analyse data and present inherent opportunities and vulnerabilities in the schedule. Strong PowerPoint skills. Experience in Major Capital Projects, specifically, in a Logistics role. Experience working with contracts within a project or operations environment. Basis experience and knowledge in marine operations. MS Project / Primavera P6 or other equivalent program. Job Requirements: Support interface between Ocean, Logistics Planning Group, Logistics Fabrication yards and TSBs on vessel schedule planning related issues. Works with the Logistics Planning Group and Contractors Planner/Scheduler to develop and maintain ready for load/shipment schedules. Provide vessel loading/unloading schedule updates to Project management as per directed. Support communication of vessel schedules to Logistics team located in Fabrication yards and the TSBs. Produce required documentation to support and execute scheduling decisions, ensuring effective capital stewardship of the Ocean Contract. Organise and coordinate schedule approval meetings as required to enable effective execution of vessel scheduling decisions. Assist in providing assurance over the execution of the Ocean Contract, Ocean Transport SoW and Projects processes and procedures. Participate in learning look backs for voyages with Logistics Planning Group, Fabrication yards, TSBs and other key stakeholders, including vessel operator, to validate decision making parameters and to ensure continuous improvement of voyage management practices. Reporting to the Ocean Fleet Manager on daily safety (IIF), planning, performance and any arising issues. Terms: Farnborough Rotation: 9 days x 80/Fortnight (10 hours)
