Role: Infrastructure Systems Completion Lead - PF Company: Bolashak-Atyrau Experience: Extensive, broad technical experience across a range of large facility support, infrastructure and operational systems Must be a self-motivated individual who is capable of coaching and mentoring a large number of team members in the technical aspects of completions. Ability to demonstrate model behaviours and be comfortable working closely with peers and senior leadership across the organization. Possess expert knowledge of the transition processes from project to stable operation of a large scale facility Demonstrated ability to identify and build key relationships that contribute to high-class business results Demonstrated commitment to Chevrons values of integrity, partnership and trust and achieving an incident and injury free environment Eight (8) years experience working on large-mega size turnover projects. Chevron experience is required and ideally COMPANY experience. Job Requirements: Commits to and champions the implementation of a safe working environment for everyone on the project and the continuing establishment of an Incident and Injury Free (IIF) culture. Accountable for turnover of site infrastructure scope including but not limited to potable water, technical water, fire water, electrical, telecoms and HVAC systems , boilers, buildings, railways and roads. Development of an infrastructure completions database inclusive of any required documents and check sheets Review and support completions documentation, by working closely with the construction team, QA/QC team, vendor representatives and regulatory team. Drive and facilitate the prioritization of delivery of system handover, check sheets, QVDs and Punch lists based on infrastructure schedule and milestones. Provide on-site coordination support and assistance in ensuring resources are adequately deployed in priority areas Review of contractors commissioning and vendor schedules and ensure alignment with project milestones. Facilitate site handover between contractors and company implementing walk downs inclusive of generating and closure of punch list items. Manage interfaces and coordinate handover between company teams inclusive of base business, engineering regulatory authority, land allotment and construction. Review and endorse commissioning plans and procedures Witnesses QA/QC testing where necessary to ensure complete and ready for commissioning and turnover. Input into engineering and construction concerns and raise technical queries to prevent delays. Apply and share lessons learned with other construction completion engineers for different areas. Support day to day activities of the Infrastructure Project Manager. Commitment to health, environment and safety and Chevron best practices. Terms: Tengiz 28/28 Rotation: 28 x 28 (11 hours)
