Your responsibilities: Develop and implement international maintenance standards for filling stations for all OMV brands and markets Continuously improve standards, select equipment and services according to internal / external best practice Ensure communication and usage of standards throughout organization, evaluate energy consumption and propose reduction projects Create and update maintenance manuals for all OMV brands as well as supervise the maintenance/energy budget process Setup and drive integration of international Asset IT tool to ensure full data gathering for Asset relevant KPIs in terms of maintenance and legal compliance Support the Senior Department Manager Maintenance and Car Wash in best practice sharing across countries in all technical asset management matters Act as advisor/sparring partner to countries for technical asset management related questions Your profile: University degree (Master, Diploma) in Facility Management and Maintenance At least 3 years experience in operative work in a maintenance/facility company, especially maintenance experience in the fields of fuel technology or retail (HVAC, cooling) are of advantage Very high knowledge of legal requirements and standards regarding filling stations and maintenance Knowledge in business administration, focus on business case and life cycle calculations (total cost of ownership) Good communication skills Fluency in English mandatory, fluency in German will be considered as a plus We offer you: An internationally attractive compensation package depending on your experience plus bonus and additional benefits The opportunity to join an internationally renowned company in a fast moving business sector, providing excellent development opportunities Place of work: Vienna, Head Office
