Role: Infrastructure PLMM Coordinator Company: Bolashak-Atyrau Experience: Co-ordinating with PLMM Core team for the supply of procurement, expediting, logistics (ETA) reports Co-ordinating with Engineering and Materials the issuance of FMRs to Core Procurement Coordinator for unplanned, missing, replacement of damaged materials/equipment Ensuring Contractors compliance with Vendor equipment/material preservation requirements for both issued CPI and Contractor provided Interfacing between Contractor and Company Vendor Representative Coordinator(s) for the mobilization of vendor resources necessary to support installation, commissioning, and startup activities Co-ordinating equipment and material warranty issues through to PROJECT Core Team Procurement coordinator for rectification Co-ordinating with Contractor return of any surplus material to Company warehouse facility Other opportunities Expediting missing documents wherever gaps exist for CPI through the respective responsible party (Engineering, Core MM Team, Logistics, Procurement) Ensuring that Contractor supplies necessary documentation for materials purchased by them Prepare regular, periodic (daily, weekly, monthly), detailed and summary reports of the status of the Project (3GP; 3GI; C&P; Gathering; Infrastructure) Procurement, Logistics and Materials Management Other general duties as seen appropriate by the SCM Manager or Project Management Job Requirements: Ensuring that Contractor issues WFP IWP material / schedule requirements to PLMM Core Team for consolidation and issuing of materials to Contractors Providing purchasing/expediting coordination for the supply of Company and Contractor provided materials/equipment Coordinating with Company/Contractor logistics and freight forwarding to ensure the timely clearance of imported material Overseeing Contractor execution of the PLMM scope and mitigation of critical constraints Providing oversight of Contractor warehousing/lay-dawn operations to ensure robust material control and preservation processes/procedures. Provide oversight, assurance and reporting of OS&D issues Assuring Contractor logistics planning for vehicle, equipment, lifting, traffic management for pick-up and delivery of materials to its Construction facilities / workface Ensuring HSE processes and procedures are in place with Contractors MM Team/Function people, resources, facilities, etc. Auditing Contractors MM plans and procedures (CPI and Contractor provided) material receiving, tracking/inventory reporting, damaged/missing materials, issuing materials for installation, etc. Reviewing and understanding PLMM requirements per Construction Contract/SOW/Exhibits Terms: Tengiz Rotation: 28 x 28 (11 hours)
