Position: Manager Operation Facilities-offshore Job Location: Middle East Location Primary purpose of job Identify and recommend corrective actions to International facilities operations to ensure governance and assurance in order to safeguard interest. Verify and raise recommendations to Department Manager for endorsement of Operational aspects of all international facilities plans for Oil and Gas fields operated by others overseas. Experience & Skills Oil and Gas operation is extremely expensive and critical to assure feedstock continuity to the processing / treatment plants. The main challenge is to have adequate resources and expertise within division to have effective involvements and input to the offshore operation improvements to sustain production plateau from the fields. This involves substantial annual budget commitments towards operating expenses (total OPEX in excess of couple of billions US$ every year). Education B.Sc. in Chemical/Mechanical Engineering or higher Degree. Good English written and verbal communication skills. Minimum 15 years’ experience in the Oil/Gas Industry with minimum 10 years’ experience in offshore engineering and projects execution with good operational background
