Job Description PPMS is a technical assistance company to the Oil and gas industries currently recruiting a Contract Manager for a mission in France & South Africa. Your mission: You will be the contract reference for a refinery project, based on South African law and regulations. Your functions: You will work a NEC 3 contract that has just been signed and amend it for any necessary deviations; You will advise the Project Manager and the procedures and specifics of South Africa for all contract matters (obligations, manpower etc.); You establish sub-contracts back to back with the frame contract requirements; You will help create our client’s representation (subsidiary) in South Africa; You will manage change orders and claims if any. Conditions: Location: Paris region, France / South Africa, close to Johannesburg Start: ASAP Duration: 6 months in Paris, 1 year in South Africa Your Profile: English law writing; Extensive experience with South Africa law on oil and gas projects; Proficient with NEC 3 typology.
