Initial Contract 2 years initially Work Location: Perth Competitive pay rate $$$ Working M-F Full Time Contracting Governance and Compliance Coordinator Role will be for This will be a rolling contract. Key Skills & Attributes required to be successful: • Previous experience in a governance and interface coordination role • High level of organisation and communication skills • Willingness and ideally some experience in working with First Nations people and Aboriginal business entities / corporations. Responsibilities: • Contracting Governance Advisory and Coordination • Provide guidance and direction to Contracting and Business professionals on all contracting governance requirements to support strategic sourcing and contracting activities and awards. • Coordinate pre-read materials and ensure readiness for all contracts committees that include Category Leadership Team (CLT) and Contracts • Procurement Sub-Committee (CPSC) – including management of sharepoint sites and all correspondence related to Endorsements and Approvals sought and obtained. • Manage JV approvals, coordinate and ensure appropriate JV approvals are obtained for all applicable contracts. • Key interface with Commercial team on JVP matters and communication requirements. • Native Title Governance and Business Obligation Compliance • Support and enable compliance to meet all contracting and business development commitments and obligations. • Build mutually respectful relationships with Traditional Owner group/s to enable sustainable business growth in support of operations in Australia. - Partner with key internal stakeholders (Corp affairs, Human Resources, Supply Chain) to meet business needs and outcomes. • Project manage all Native Title review outcomes and deliverables for business development and contracting. • Contract Administration and Other Supporting Activities Management • Assist Contracting Excellence Manager with driving accuracy and consistency of contracts reporting across categories • Assist SP&C Manager and Contracting Excellence Manager with managing audit actions and outcomes • Support SP&C Sharepoint, i-Way, DMS and other communication mechanisms
