Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Internal • Frequent contact with Senior Operator/Production Foreman, Well • Maintenance Foreman (PIC). • Periodic contact with Offshore Maintenance and inlet facility onshore Panel External • Periodic contact with services teams and contractor representative when on location Key Job Accountabilities 1. Monitor, control and log all aspects of facility operating parameters through the DCS to ensure product quality and facility efficiency, including start-up & shutdown of process & utility systems as per approved procedures, whilst ensuring safety considerations as paramount. 2. Identify and respond to system irregularities / abnormalities and immediately initiate procedures and operational expertise to achieve expeditious resolution and minimum disturbance, whilst escalate problems exceeding authority or level of expertise. 3. Monitor and log all operating activities ensuring that entries are timely, accurate and complete. 4. Ensure effective communication with the Senior Operators/Production Forman & Well Maintenance Foreman (PIC) to ensure all PTW requirements are identified & implemented. 5. Fulfil the assigned role within the Offshore Incident Response Team. 6. Ensure incoming shift operator is fully briefed of current operating status and all significant events during previous shift to ensure seamless hand-over including all relevant facility safety and process control information, in alignment with company procedural requirements. 7. Ensure offshore well stream and facility output, meets the onshore demand and that optimal operating parameters are maintained across all facilities. 8. Provide support to the production coordinator during any facility disturbance or system anomalies. 9. Actively participates in the planning and execution of scheduled shutdown & start-up activities, including identification of isolation requirements and worksite preparation procedures. 10.
