Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Required to join an established contractor in Saudi Arabia. Responsible for supporting all service operations by ensuring that the necessary technical information related to repair and maintenance of the company's vehicles and equipment is available, work with relevant departments to implement Enterprise asset management software for fully controlling service operation and improving efficiency. • Troubleshooting failure on site, identifies problems, and writes reports. • Conducting experiments and evaluations to improve and innovate workflow. • Visiting dealers and suppliers for having their proper technical support. • Analyzing existing systems and operations and developing preventative maintenance strategies. • Assisting in the analysis of recurring failures or damaged components. • Install and configure operating systems, software, and hardware components, and clearly document the design, maintenance, and support procedures for routine tasks. • Create reports and documentation of findings and solutions.
