Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Reports to Field Operations Senior start-up & SIMOPS engineer, and OIM on site Coordination and assistance with JUB Contractor Master Daily coordination with Offshore Integrated Planning (IOP) He is NOC/FOPS representative. He is the authority on board JUB for any organizational and logistic aspect. In the perimeter of the JUB, he is accountable for: · Reporting any event on JUB to HSE SA · Facilitating day to day activity of JUB users in human ,welfare and material logistics aspects · Ensuring proper record of visitors and what Company / department they belong to, and give this input to IOP · Monitoring of personnel movement from/to the JUB, whether by helicopter, boat, personnel basket or gangway · The movement of material from/to JUB, belonging to the different services accommodated on the JUB. (He is assisted by the JUB Contractor master and his crew) · Safety o/b the JUB, by ensuring and enforcing, in cooperation with the JUB captain, respect of HSE principles / management, either NOC’s or Contractor’s (bridging documents will specify which system is used, NOC’s or Contractor’s).
