Roles & Responsibilities · Oversees construction sites, general contractors, and workers to ensure a high level of quality and safety · Plans, executes, and finalizes projects according to strict deadlines and within budget · Effectively communicates project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion. · Liaise with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis. · Plans, directs, supervises, and controls the execution of all civil activities of the assigned project. · Creates and reviews Requests for Information and Requests for Proposal and Change Orders. · Works with the key project individual to devise and execute action plans to rectify potential cost overruns or delays, or to accommodate significant changes to the scope of work. · Guarantees that all work is performed in accordance with approved manuals and procedures. · Ensures that the project is constructed and documented in accordance with the contract documents and good practices. · Provides technical support to Project Managers. · Analyzing all civil drawings issued for the execution. · Develops and maintains project cost/change controls, and project budget and accounting records in coordination with Project Manager.
