Job Description Roles & Responsibilities We are seeking a highly motivated Estimator to join our growing GRC firm. The Jr. Estimator will be responsible for the preparation of detailed cost estimates for GRC projects. This role will require the ability to understand project specifications and drawings, as well as the ability to identify and communicate potential issues or areas of risk. Key Responsibilities: Prepare detailed bill of quantities (BOQ). Prepare of detailed cost estimates for GRC projects. Review project specifications and drawings to understand scope of work. Identify potential issues or areas of risk and communicate them to the Senior Estimator. Help maintain accurate cost data and pricing for materials and labour. Collaborate with other departments to ensure estimates are accurate and complete. Attend pre-construction meetings as required.
