Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Required to join a government backed developer working on the construction of economic zones in Qatar. The successful candidate will support the development of the standardised facilities management framework across all zones and assets, coordinate its implementation, and lead the lessons learned for the regular maturity of the framework. 1. Ensures assigned equipment is in proper working order and available for use. 2. Maintains physical space, ensuring a safe, clean, and functional environment. 3. Receives, manages, and processes work order requests; ensures problems are resolved quickly. 4. Drafts and implements preventive maintenance schedules for buildings and equipment. 5. Ensures safety standards are followed throughout facility. 6. Applies, or assists with application, for required environmental permits. 7. Maintains inventory of supplies; reorders as needed. 8. Performs other related duties as assigned.
