Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Responsible for data collection, site investigation & preliminary studies Prepares contract procedures, technical specification, and evaluation. Responsible for establishing and maintain documented procedures to control and verify the design submitted by the contractor or the design produced by the consultant themselves. Responsible for the design including description, calculation, layouts, protection & control but not limited to the following works. GIS (400 kV, 220 kV, 132 kV, 66 kV, 33 kV) Switchyards, Circuit Breakers, Isolators, CT, VTs, capacitor banks etc. Switchgear (33k & 11kV – Vacuum & SF6) Transformer Station Local Calculations System Study o Other auxiliary associated equipment in the substations (L VAC Distribution Boards, etc.) Documentation review of the contractor's proposal/design Identification and documentation of all design changes and modifications, all changes subject to client’s approval Responsible for tender document preparation, setting the specifications that meet the requirements of the client, preparation of BOQ and evaluation of Bids All the above works will be under supervision of the client. Regular site visit in order to check the design implemented according to approved documentation.
