Preparation of tender documents, contract procedures, technical specification, evaluation of bids. Responsible to establish and maintain documented procedures to control and verify the design submitted by the contractor or the design produced by the consultant themselves. Responsible for civil works design including calculation, layouts, bill of quantities, preparation of drawings etc but not limited to the following works. Responsible for all civil structures associated with sub stations including foundations & support structures, buildings, cable trenches, drainage systems, GIS installations, Switch yards, Transformer station, Other support structures for auxiliary associated equipment & facilities,(All EHV CABLE INSTALLATIONS, OHL systems etc.) Conduct for formal documented review of the contractor's proposal/design. Identify all design changes and modifications are identified and documented and all these changes should be submitted to KAHRAMAA for approval. Responsible for tender document preparation, setting the specifications that meet the requirements of the client, preparation of B.O.Q, evaluation of Bids. All the above works will be under supervision of the client.
