Job Description Roles & Responsibilities working experience in Installation, delivery Inspection, Testing Commissioning & trouble shooting of Diesel generators set with Power panels, Control panels, Digital Master Control panels, synchronizing panels, Programmable logic controllers, Cyclic Changeover Panels, ATS & AMF panels, Experience preferably in Cummins make systems. Installation and troubleshooting of generator systems, With synchronizing and ATS (Automatic Transfer Switch) operations . Proficient in calibration / troubleshooting of Genset controllers such as DEIF, ComAp, DEEPSEA, and EASYGEN controls. Proficient in trouble shooting of PLC controllers like Schneider /ABB etc. Hands-on experience in programming using various software such as Siemens Simatic, Allen Bradley MicroLogix (RSLogix, RSLinx, ECM configurations. Modifying PLC programs to meet specific project requirements, optimizing system performance. Troubleshooting PLC faults and addressing electrical control panel issues promptly. Providing training and guidance to junior staff members to enhance their technical skills and knowledge. Conducting thorough testing and commissioning of systems using load banks to validate performance and reliability.
