Duties and Responsibilities: Prepare scoping, review proposals and detailed designs and follow-up on execution of major projects. You will provide routine electrical support to refinery process plants that include, but are not limited to, refining, NGL and utilities plants. Provide routine electrical operation support to refinery in-house power generation and electrical distribution systems. Perform electrical system studies, such as system transients, dynamic modeling and load flow and reliability calculations. Prepare electrical design packages and specify materials to add new equipment or modify existing systems. Minimum Requirements: You will have a B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering, or a related field from an accredited university. An M.S. degree is preferred but is not essential. You should have substantial electrical engineering experience, preferably in projects related to the oil industry or similar process industry. You should also possess full lifecycle project management experience (Engineering, Construction, Commissioning).
