Job Description As a O&M Engineer you will be responsible for identifying, planning and developing all required Operation & Maintenance procedures and ensuring quality, consistency and timely execution of all engineering activities performed by the internal and contractor team. About the project As a O&M Engineer your skills and qualifications will ideally include: To identify, plan and develop all required O&M procedures. To support the Operation Readiness and Assurance team in planning, reporting and followup of technical writing activities associated with O&M procedures. Supporting the development of safe and effective O&M plan and procedures, together with commissioning and construction discipline engineering and operations personnel To identify, plan and optimize the O&M resources as input to the project planning process. To review plans and schedules to ensure alignment between O&M and project objectives, and to monitor contractor performance against plan. Quality and accuracy of O&M procedures Plan and follow up of O&M procedure status. Recommending best engineering design during concept selection Coordinating project/ package technical activities Providing engineering support during execution
