Job Description NRLs client based in Rosyth is looking to recruit a suitably experienced Project Controls Manager for a longterm project. Working as an integral part of the project team, leading project controls within the project environment, based in Rosyth and providing project controls support to the Project Manager and the management team, whilst working within a functional management framework The role encompasses the project control responsibility and governance during the definition and delivery phase of the project life cycle. Ensuring project structures are established, aligned and agreed. Responsible for performance and configuration management, measuring internal/external stakeholders by monitoring, controlling and reporting of individual project or programme status (cost, schedule, risk etc.). Demonstrates commercial awareness Primavera and ERP toolset and system knowledge Management of tools and structures. Data alignment and integrity knowledge. Analytical skills Influences and consults with others. Works in partnership with internal and external key stakeholders Fosters teamwork and collaboration Leads by example and acts with integrity, recognises and acknowledges the behaviours and achievements of the team or individuals. Takes a consistent approach to people and work, use sound judgement Shows drive, enthusiasm and commitment. Manages and sets high standards in Health & Safety, Quality. Qualifications/Experience Educated to degree level or having equivalent practical experience Extensive recent and relevant experience in a similar Project Controls environment Managerial qualifications and experience An understanding of the specific context in which the post holder will be expected to operate Member of the APM or willing to study for.
