Job Description -Pre-spud equipment check list as per contract and program requirements ensuring equipment integrity. -Ensure the availability of work program support material, chemical, storage tanks and water supply to avoid down time or delay in operation. -Ensure HSE guidelines are fully addressed and implemented in all stages of well site operations. -Use risk and hazard management techniques to ensure that all significant risks are eliminated or controlled preparing HAZOP, HAZID assessments and peer review reports. -Ensure that HSE requirements are never compromised and that the well site operations are in compliance with Company corporate HSE requirements. -Attends Pre-job safety meetings (PJSM), review contractors Job safety Analysis (JSA) and conduct the adequate H2S and other safety drills. -Support the investigation of any incidents occurring on assigned rigs and ensure that the underlying causes are identified and followed-up to avoid reoccurrence. -Monitor and support the operations on the well site and manage any required changes in the work program in accordance with the Management of Change procedures. -Ensure a qualified data is collected and reported to concerned parties in timely manner -Maintain frequent contact with the Drilling Operations Team Leader to update the ongoing well site operations. -Prepare the daily well site operations reports and the final operations reports to the required standard highlighting the failures, successes and lessons learnt. -Closely monitor the service providers performance with emphasis on service providers quality of work, safety compliance and job tickets accuracy.
