ABOUT CLIENT: Leading Gas Producer & Distributor of Middle East is actively looking for candidates with hands on experience in establishing and maintaining engineering systems and procedures, in accordance with the Company’s QA procedures to deliver technical governance and technical excellence in the company. JOB PURPOSE AND SCOPE: 1. Responsible for reviewing designs, managing and monitoring output and keeping a close check on all productivity. 2. Managing the day to day operation of the Engineering unit and are accountable for all compliance and quality of outgoing projects. 3. Monitors interface with construction/commissioning to ensure delivery is on time & meets installation/commissioning requirements 4. Ensures Client, company & Project company policies, procedures & standards are available understood & implemented 5. Manages engineers to ensure they maintain the required discipline and focus to deliver projects. 6. Proactively participates in promoting the highest possible standard of HSE implementation. Desired Candidate Profile QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: 1. Bachelors degree in Mechanical or Civil Engineering or equivalent. 2. Minimum 15 years of work experience in oil & gas industry. 3. Previously managed engineering or multidisciplinary teams. 4. H2S sour gas project experience is required.
