(420) Project Manager - EPC (Electrical)

1. Responsible for planning the project in order to accomplish its goals with respect to safety, time, cost and quality standards. 2. Creates and executes project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing Needs and requirements. 3. Maintain the project budget for delivering the project within the budget defined. Report on financial status of the project. 4. Responsible for producing and maintaining detailed project plans, critical path analysis, Weekly and monthly progress reports. 5. Identify resources needed and assigns individual responsibilities. 6. Ability to provide sufficient input into the technical analysis of the project 7. Manage day-to-day operational aspects of the project. 8. Review deliverables prepared by team before passing to client. 9. Manage quality assurance procedures and reporting. 10. Minimizes our exposure, risk on project and enforce Co.’s methodology & project standards. 11. Ensures project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately. 12. Determines appropriate revenue recognition, ensures timely and accurate invoicing and Monitor receivables for project. 13. Follow up with clients, when necessary, regarding unpaid invoices. 14. Analyzes project profitability, revenue, margins, bill rates and utilization. 15. Communicate and develops lasting relationships with client personnel to foster client ties. 16. Continuously monitor progress in terms of the status of the plan and the budget. 17. Responsible for the project’s commitment to quality standards. 18. The Project Manager is responsible for ensuring that the CAE HSE Management System is developed and established on the Project and that appropriate resources are in place to properly facilitate its implementation. 19. Over all responsibilities for the set-up, implementation, and monitoring of the required contract HSE standards and programs for entire site. 20. Project manager shall comply with CAE HSE policy and exercise HSE. 21. Develop and implement risk control measures that have been identified as part of the risk assessment process used by CAE and its clients. Desired Candidate Profile 1. Oversee all aspects of the project using planning, monitoring and controlling processes. Responsible for co-ordination and completion of the project as per schedule. Perform a variety of tasks including setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities, and monitoring and summarizing progress of the project. Manage and responsible for more than one project at a time. 2. Capable/Experienced in Managing contracts, contractual issues & Liaising with client. 3. Experienced/Involved in executing project with the value of US$ 100 million or above.
