Effectively liaising with an ADNOC group of companies and other Oil companies, with regard to pre-qualification of the entire range of services, follow-up on tender bids, tenders submitted and resolve operational problems Interfacing with the Client, Consultants, PMC, Main Contractors and Sub Contractors with regard to the entire range of services to achieve organizational goals and objectives Responsible to identify/define, develop and direct the implementation of business strategy in line with the Corporate Global Strategy Reports to Country Manager/ Regional Marketing Manager Desired Candidate Profile BDM (UAE) - This role is critical and should essentially be to win business for us. Key points are as follows: - A relevant graduate level qualification - Minimum 15+ years of overall experience in Business Development is required - Experience in Third Party Inspection companies/industry preferred - UAE experience is mandatory - A strong established network of contacts within ADNOC Group of companies and other Oil &Gas companies in UAE - Experience in selling into the Oil& Gas, infrastructure/construction sector in UAE would be a plus - Ability to create relationships with key decision makers, with current and potential clients - Keen awareness of industry trends and services - Excellent communication, interpersonal, presentation and influencing skills - A hunter personality - Identification of Customer Needs and Challenges, Territory Management, Market Knowledge, Meeting Sales Goals - Male/female, age preferably 35-45, nationality open - Valid UAE Driving License
