Project Manager, shall be overall responsible for the delivery of PMC’s services and shall ensure that all the activities are completed as per schedule. He shall be responsible for liaison and coordination with Respective Client and all other stakeholders. Minimum 25 years demonstrable experience, of which 15 years is in a managerial capacity, in design build experience, project management and all aspects of supervision and project administration of similar size sewage treatment plant projects (56,200 cbm daily flow) • Should have executed at least two (2) similar or larger size STW projects as Project Manager including all environmental protection aspects of construction and operation of similar size sewage treatment plant projects. • Should have proven track record as a successful integrator through the project life cycle from initiating, planning, execution, monitoring/control and closing of similar scale projects by maximizing the benefits of the available resources to meet the project budget, schedule and client expectations. • Must be familiar with Design build contract works and should have executed at least two (3) design Built project of similar size. • At least have (2) years with Familiarity with GCC or Qatar National Construction Standards and other specifications applicable to civil engineering construction in Qatar. • Experience must include all environmental protection aspects of the construction and operation of similar size sewerage treatment plant projects. • Must have thorough knowledge on contract and claims management preferably in similar nature and size of projects. In addition to the minimum academic qualifications, candidates should meet the following: • Sound GCC experience preferably with some experience in Qatar (that’s the ideal) but GCC is a must; • Must have overseen the design and construction (both) of one or two Sewage Treatment Plants of a reasonable size (greater than 56,200 cbm/day) • Good overall construction / civil engineering management experience in a PM role. • Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering • Professional Engineer license/Chartered Engineer • Primavera Training Course Keyword: sewage , water, stp, stw, project management , wastewater
