Duties and Responsibilities: • Reports to project engineer and project manager. • Perform EPC design and analysis calculations using governing codes and standard specification. • Responsibility for schematic or conceptual layouts. • Research design options and document findings for project lead engineer. • Assume the lead engineer’s role on assigned projects. • May serve as Project Engineer and as a designated Client contact on smaller, less complex projects. • Coordinate work with other disciplines such as architectural, mechanical, civil, etc. • Use computer-assisted engineering and design software and equipment to prepare engineering design documents. • Organize, draft, and coordinate technical documents. • Performs other related duties as may be required by the Project Manager. Desired Candidate Profile • Degree in Engineering • 4 years of experience with advance knowledge in Electrical, Instrumentation and Process Control design • Knowledge in Design creative software (AutoCAD, Illustrator, etc.) • Safety and other certificates will be a plus • Gulf experience is preferred
