JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:  Assisting the Country Manager in the development of the branch and in the delivery of service to clients;  Developments of business throughout the region, define long term organizational strategic goals, build key customer relationships, identify business opportunities.  Responsible for overall coordination of field operations / supervision of field personnel / customer care; liaise between Field and Laboratory staff, and Clients;  Receive Client orders, dispatch working instructions to field staff, follow up on job progress and report to Clients;  Managing NDT Operations in KSA, Supporting NDT in offshore jobs.  Understand and comply working procedures for Safety, Field Operations, Quality, Human Resources and reporting;  Understand and comply individual client instructions and requirements; Coordination with Inspections Departments of Saudi Aramco, Client Officials, NRA of Saudi Arabia – KACST, RTFI in Saudi Aramco Project sites when required.  Takes active role in local marketing efforts;  Assist field work as necessary and perform other duties as assigned. Desired Candidate Profile QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:  Bachelor degree / BE in Mechanical Engineering and/or relevant educational qualification; with ASNT & ACCP & NDT Level III, certificate holder will be preferred;  5+ years experience in Industrial and Industrial Product inspection with five years Supervisory/Dispatch experience in the Inspection/NDT Industry;  Successful experience in Business Development in Industrial service.  Knowledge of ASNT & ACCP Level III in Radiographic Testing, Ultrasonic Testing, Dye Penetrant Testing, Magnetic Particle Testing, Visual Testing etc.  Experience in man power short listing, selection, training and certification of NDT Technicians and Inspectors to Level I & II in RT, MT, UT, PT in Middle east (Saudi, UAE etc);  Experience in developing and maintaining NDT training & examination programs; training radiation workers & RSOs in radiation safety and protection; maintaining Radiation dosage records.  Must be able to perform multiple activities under pressure;  Must be able to manage/lead people effectively and flexible to work during unsocial hours;  Excellent planning, coordination, reporting and organization skills;  Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills;  Highly motivated who believe in delivering results;  Excellent communication in English, both written & spoken (Arabic is an advantage);  Computer skills and experience with MS Office software such as Word, Excel, Power Point. The candidates should be above 40, with excellent business development and technical knowledge (NDT, ASNT and Industrial).
