(812) Commercial Lead
Job Description A Commercial Lead would be responsible for the following: • Providing and controlling all essential financial / commercial information considering (bid-, contract-, project- and company-) requirements & rules, commercial risk assessment, project budget and cash-flow projection • Supervising financial target of a project by monitoring costs and revenue based on project budget and cash-flow projection • Identify , analyze and assess commercial risks during project acquisition and execution phase • Monitor and control costs and revenue via project budget and analyse deviations • Consolidate commercial/financial overview in general and detail • Support the Sales Manager, Project Manager and the Procurement Lead during financial/commercial negotiations Desired Candidate Profile The candidate must possess the following: • Strong Commercial/financial knowledge and understanding • Legal and technical knowledge and understanding • Very good knowledge of and experienced in the usage of calculation software • Excellent Communication Skills
