Job Purpose and Scope: Provides complete technical support on all aspects of project management, from conception to hand-over and ensure that assigned projects are completed to the required quality, schedule and cost Principal Accountabilities: - Contributes to the development and definition of UZ750 Brown Fields project parameters with related to Electrical Projects (such as defining scope of work, schedule and completion and budgetary cost estimates) to ensure that projects are pro[er;y planned and meet user requirements - Prepare project execution strategy, method studies, cost evaluation and pre-project planning - Develop/Coordinates in the project contracts render process from preparation of the CFTs, Pre-qualification, Bidders List up to selection of the Contractors - Follows-up and coordinates the various contracts of the project to ensure interfaces are properly monitored to avoid delays to the project. Proposes and implement remedial actions if necessary - Supervises the performance of Contractors for the Project - Reviews contractors invoices and monitors contracts cost in liaison with Cost Service. evaluates cost trend and advises the Team Leader as necessary - Ensure that close out procedures for all contracts are being complied with including control of project as built documentation, material reconciliation and close-up reports Desired Candidate Profile Minimum Requirements: - B.Sc. in Instrument / Electronic Engineering - 8 years experience in the Oil & Gas Industry with at least 4 years in Projects related to Electrical equipments - Good knowledge of International Codes & Standards related to the oil/gas industry and Electrical - Fluency in English - Computer Literate
