Manages and leads assigned projects of services and processes that support the core business of Ruwais Housing and Community Services Division. A Facility Project Manager ensures that an organization has the most suitable working environment for its employees and their activities; generally focus on using best business practice to improve efficiency, by reducing operating costs while increasing productivity. Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor’s Degree in an Engineering Discipline (Architectural or Civil/Structural/MEP). 10 years’ experience including minimum of 6 years in facility management in project management and construction with 3 years in a senior management level. Proven communication and management skills. Good knowledge of English and Arabic.
