Job Description We are currently looking for a skilled and highly motivated individual for the role of Project Engineer: Duties will include: • Evaluating client purchase specifications & drawings • Liaison with other departments, DO, E&I, Production, Systems • Communications and administration with customer • Preparing, placing, expediting & checking sub-supplier Pos. • Checking engineering calculations, instrument data sheets • Producing & expediting manufacturing programme • Production of package manuals and documentation Desired Candidate Profile Experience and Qualifications: • Higher diploma (B Tech + experience) in related engineering discipline plus 10 years of experience in Oil and Gas industry of which at least 1 years in Flow measurement and Metering. • At least 2 years recent relevant experience of Project engineering, in the oil & gas industry • Good written and spoken English • Computer literacy in Windows/Microsoft Office • Knowledge of oil industry pipe work, instrumentation, structural packages Core Competencies: OIL AND NATURAL GAS FISCAL MEASUREMENT- • Operation & maintenance, Billing and scheduling of Custody Transfer at Natural Gas Pipeline. • Ultrasonic Flow measurement (Daniel and Elster - Instromet) using AGA9 / AGA8 • Turbine meter (Daniel, RMG, Elster - Instromet,) Using ISO9951/ AGA7 / AGA8 • Orifice metering (Dual and Single Chamber – Daniel, Canalta) using ISO5167 AGA3 / AGA8 • RPD and Diaphragm meters and Regulators for Domestic application • Uncertainty measurement for metering system. – ISO 5168 • Analyzers - Gas Chromatograph, H2S, Moisture, Marcaptans Analyzers, • Analyzer shelters – F&G System, HVAC, Safety Systems • Pressure reduction and Filtration stations (IGE / TD / 13, B 31.3 and 31.8) • Odorization system for Natural gas pipeline. • Mechanical - Fabrication of Fiscal Natural Gas measurement as per ASME 31.8, skids ASTM SEC VIII Dev 1, 1104 etc, • Isometric drawing, Material Heat Charts, TERMINAL AUTOMATION SYSTEM- • Flow Meters – PD / Mass Flow Coriollis / Ultrasonic / Turbine Meters • Computers - Flow computers, Batch controllers, Supervisory Computers • Prover system – Small Volume / Master Meters / Line Prover / Prover Tanks (Calibron) • Analyzers – Density meters / laboratory analyzers. • System – Truck Loading and Unloading / Train Loading / Weigh Bridge System • PLC (GE Fanuc 90-70) / Design of relay logic / P&ID diagrams • Safety Shutdown system and interlocks • Client - Servers based SCADA System with Networking components • Tank Farm management system (SAAB) • Offsite Systems - Public Address system (PHILIPS) / Closed circuit TV System (PELCO), • UPS 25 KVA & 7.5 KVA (HI_REL, Tata Libert) • Thermal relief Valves and safety Valves
