Position Scope: Reporting to the Service Manager, this position is responsible for Katch Kan equipment installations, recertification of equipment, production and field customer relations. Key Responsibilities: Safety- Work in a safe manner and ensure fellow employees follow all rules and procedures. Report all Near-Misses, First Aids and incidents to supervisors Equipment Installation- Installation of equipment with the rig site personnel Responsible for educating and instructing rig personnel or agents on the installation and maintenance of equipment Responsible for following set procedures and processes for all installations and service Ensure that field operations/installations comply with company HSE/ISO policies and government regulations Follow-up of systems/equipment in the field with contractors and oil companies for both the domestic and international markets Customer Service & Product Knowledge- Participate in product and service training as well as actively remain up to date on changes to products and services. Execute sales plan requirements and responsibilities to achieve desired results. Responsible for upselling and recommending new products to clients while at site with contractors and distributors Field sales and customer feedback relations with contractors and oil companies for both the domestic and international markets Implement strategic field sales and marketing programs Production- When not at site, production duties will be performed Responsible for ensuring ISO Quality control standards must observed at all times Recertification, repair and cleaning of equipment to ISO Standards Assist in picking up and dropping off equipment to/from the field or other areas observing ISO 14001 Policies Assist during inventory of equipment Reporting- Responsible for completing all field activity reports each day to report progress of job site Responsible for obtaining client approvals on reports Responsible for obtaining client sign-offs on pick-ups, drop offs and installations after completion of work Responsible for gathering customer survey data after work is completed Responsible for reporting on company vehicle mileage, tool inventory, product inventory Other- Responsible for maintenance and cleanliness of vehicles Responsible for adhering to all traffic laws while driving company vehicles Responsible for maintenance of all tools and equipment Responsible for properly handling all Katch Kan equipment ensuring the safety of said equipment When not out in the field conducting work, will be expected to perform Production duties and work in the shop Desired Candidate Profile Qualifications - Minimum and Preferred (Education, Certification, Degree, Concentration, Skills, Knowledge, etc.): Trade ticket with 2-3 years experience High School diploma or equivalent with 4-5 years experience in industry Strong experience in oilfield and manufacturing industry Strong interpersonal skills Problem solving ability with analytical thinking Excellent communication and organization skills, requires time management and record keeping detail Strong computer skills and ability to work with Microsoft Office suite of business programs Ability to travel 50% of the time
