Job Description We are currently looking for a skilled and highly motivated individual for the role of Project Manager: Duties will include: • Full project responsibility and management of all technical and commercial issues. • Liaison with customer & evaluating purchase specifications & drawings • Direct management of multidisciplined project team. • Project costing and budget monitoring • Preparing, placing, expediting & checking sub-supplier Pos. • Checking engineering calculations, instrument data sheets • Producing & expediting manufacturing programme • Production of package manuals Desired Candidate Profile Experience and Qualifications: • Degree (HND + experience) in related engineering discipline plus 20 years of experience in Oil and Gas industry of which at least 5 years in Flow measurement and Metering. • At least 7 years recent relevant experience of supervision, in the oil & gas industry • Strong commercial management skills • Excellent written and spoken English • Computer PC literate with Windows/Microsoft Office • Knowledge of oil industry pipe work, instrumentation, structural, packages Core Competencies: Major- • Project Management, Budgeting, Forecasting, Manpower planning • Oil and natural gas fiscal measurement and Custody Transfer. • American Gas association Standards AGA, API and MPMS standard for Liquid measurement • Flow measurement using Ultrasonic, PD meter, Turbine, Orifice etc. • Analyzers - Gas Chromatograph, • Analyzer shelters – F&G System, HVAC, Safety Systems • Mechanical - Fabrication of Fiscal Natural Gas measurement as per ASME 31.8, skids ASTM SEC VIII Dev 1, 1104 etc, Isometric drawing, Material Heat Charts, • Hazardous area classifications Minor- • Flow computers, Batch controllers, Supervisory Computers • Prover system – Small Volume / Master Meters / Line Prover / Prover Tanks • Analyzers – Density meters / laboratory analyzers. • Isolation valves : Ball, Globe, Twin seal plug, Check valve • Piping, flanges, fittings, ASME standards, welding, structural steel
