(909) Workshop Supervisor
Should have hands-on, supervisory experience on the following: • Hand on experience on operating Lathe Machines (horizontal, vertical), Milling machines, surface grinders, drilling machines • Skills and knowledge of Valves refurbishment and testing (Gate, globe, ball, butterfly, check valves, pressure safety valves and control valves) • Operational and troubleshooting experience over computerized Test Benches for testing of Pressure Safety Valves, Control Valves and Shut Off (Isolation) valves, welded, threaded and flanged • Operational and troubleshooting experience over Dynamic Balancing Machines. Must have working experience of balancing of rotors, pump impellers • Repairs carried out on Rotary Equipment and Plant equipment • Troubleshooting / maintenance experience over Workshop Equipment • Review drawings and sketches for machining jobs, to ensure accuracy specifications, measurements and materials • Working knowledge in Maximo modules / CMMS • Estimation of material and manpower for daily Schedule, to check workload and generation of work schedule plans. • Able to generate drawings from insitu conditions • Ability to impart technical knowledge to the workforce • Must have technical report writing / communication skills • Calibration of various measuring tools • Tool room management skills, working knowledge on different tools used in Oil & Gas / Petrochemical • Should have exposure of working in an operating plant along with permit to work system, risk assessments, other HSE requisites
