Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree in Process Engineering or equivalent Professional Qualification in Training & Development Experience : 8 years or more of relevant experience as Technical / Classroom Training / Coaching within a large industrial organization, preferably in the Oil and Gas industry Additional Requirements : - Proficiency in instructional techniques, assessments and training & presentation skills - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Relevant functional and professional skills and interpersonal skills - Planning and Organising, Scheduling and Co-ordinating, Checking, Examining and Recording -Working with Tools and Technology -Workplace Computer Applications -Attention to detail, Analytical thinking, Problem solving skills,Concern for safety, quality and productivity, Flexibility, Customer Focus, willingness to learn on the job, Teamwork, Creative Thinking
