Job Description Closing date: 15/08/15 Purpose of Job: Directs and controls the activities of the assigned Operators in the frequent adjustment and balancing of the panels production Units for changes in the process variables includes; (flow, pressure, temperature, level). Principal Accountabilities: Ensures the safe and efficient operations of all production plants. Monitor and control the operations in the Central control room via distributed control system. Directs and supervise the receipt, storage and export of crude oil and condensate blend. Monitors and controls the activities of all Das island process operations through DCS system, local plant controls, local and remote shutdown systems, fire gas systems. Monitors and controls through control room facilities the operations of the production plant on Das island including instrument panels, (for flow, pressure, and temperature level) and the whole tank- farm areas for storage and export activities. Desired Candidate Profile Minimum Job Requirements: 1. Higher Diploma or equivalent 2. 6 years experience in oil refinery / petrochemical / processing operations with Distributed Control System (DCS) operations knowledge, control rooms and loading operations 3. Good knowledge of English language
