Environmental Specialist having Civil or Environmental Engineering and minimum 15 years relevant experience and should be familiar with the necessary planning, engineering, management and organizational controls required to execute the scope of Works of the Contract. Environmental Specialist shall be knowledgeable with soil characterization, excavation and mixing techniques; develop and execute transportation plans with traffic management; develop and execute work plans for filling and compaction of oil material in landfill; provides engineering and/or planning solutions and controls with added value engineering for the project and ensure compliance during all stages of the project.
