Vacancy: Senior Planning Engineer Urgently required for Oil & Gas industry Sector in Abu Dhabi Minimum Requirements:- • Bachelors degree in Engineering. Experience : *8 or more years of relevant experience in Cost Control & Estimation role for Pre-FEED, FEED & EPC projects in the Oil and Gas industry . • At least 8 years of relevant experience in design and cost engineering • Experience with evaluation of R&D projects is strongly preferred • Plan, supervise and coordinate all activities in the assigned area to meet functional objective • Train and develop the assigned staff on relevant skills to enable them to become proficient on the job and deliver the respective section objectives • Implement approved department policies, processes, systems, standards and procedures in order to support execution of Sections work programs in line with Company and International standards • Comply with all applicable legislation and legal regulations • Design and implement new tools and techniques to improve the quality and efficiency of operational processes • Identify improvements in internal processes against best practices in pursuit of greater efficiency in line with ISO standards in order to define intelligent solutions for issues confronting the function • 1 Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) and Sustainability • Sets up and maintains a consistent system for techno-economic evaluation using resources in and outside COMPANY • Assists in establishing a proper set of stage gate criteria for R&D project evaluation Challenge identification and Prioritization Gas • Conducts preliminary evaluations and literature reviews of issues and opportunities identified and ranks them. • Makes an evaluation of the novelty and deployment potential of the suggested technology from the economic point-of-view in comparison with the state-of-the-art • Development of R&D projects • Assesses project proposal on the several criteria set by GSC, GRC and any other set by the • COMPANY R&D management system
