Our Client, a leading Oil and Gas Company in Abu Dhabi is looking candidates for above position: • Responsible to recommend the improvement measures on staff training and development processes and procedures in adherence with the job requirements and performance standards. • Designs and develops a system to align the job behavioural competency requirements with the training needs analysis. • Contributes to the preparation of the Training and Career Development department budget. • Participates in the development and implementation of a career development and identification of high potential UAE nationals. Bachelor degree in Engineering with a qualification in HR development or equivalent with 9 years’ experience in the oil & gas industry with at least 5 years in the competency based training activities.
