Closing Date: 15/09/15 Duties:  Heads the Contract (Post Award) establishment comprising central and away personnel.  With major capital intensive projects under execution and emphasis shifting from pre-award to post award, Contract Manager has key role of contracts & procurement support throughout the life cycle of the projects.  Overall responsible and accountable for Contract & Procurement administration of all PEBU projects.  Ensures contract administration systems, processes, procedures, guidelines, SOPP etc. meet international standards and practices.  Presents important commercial cases to management, Shareholders and in order forums for their approval.  Drives the continual improvement in contracts terms & conditions and commercial processes including future formulations based on lesson learned from previously project executed. Desired Candidate Profile Minimum Requirements: Age: Up to 5o Yrs Bachelor Degree in engineering discipline or equivalent, professional, technical qualification, e.g. ARICS, MCIOB. 13 to 14 yrs of experience preferably in oil & gas, or petrochemical industry of which at least 7 yrs in a supervisory position, acknowledge of commercial practice and legal aspects and advanced negotiation skills, computer literate with sound knowledge of Business Systems. Proficient in written and spoken English.
